PROSPECT SUMMARY – JERRY JACOBS
Originally starting his career at Arkansas State, Jerry Jacobs transferred to Arkansas after suffering a torn ACL. Playing in four games during his final season with the Red Wolves, he also played in five games with the Razorbacks. Jacobs is an active defender that isn’t afraid to challenge targets at the line of scrimmage. His ability to play a mixture of zone and man is also an asset to his game because of previous stops that he’s experienced.
Ideal Role: Developmental outside corner that will need to spend a significant amount of time on the practice squad or in an outside league while developing.
Scheme Fit: Cover 1 press-man scheme.
