Playing in 38 games throughout his career, Jared Hocker has been able to gain experience primarily at guard. With a well-developed frame, he utilizes his lower half to cancel out rushers quickly. He's a below-average athlete, so superior athletes will always be a challenge for him. In a primarily downhill scheme that doesn’t force its guards to move off of their spots frequently, Hocker could find a home as down-the-line depth to fill out a roster.

Ideal Role: Developmental guard in a downhill blocking scheme that doesn’t move him off of his spots often

Scheme Fit: Man/Gap/Power blocking scheme.
