Zayne Anderson aligns as the big nickel for the BYU defense. He will align there in coverage and has also aligned as a traditional outside linebacker in a 4-3 scheme. He is an average reactive athlete, as demonstrated in his agility in coverage. In the run game, he plays with good feel, awareness, and instincts in the box. When aligned in the slot, he can reroute a No. 2 and get to his zone drop. He also has some coverage upside in the slot and shows sufficient deep speed as well.

Ideal Role: PUDFA/Developmental player.

Scheme Fit: Any.
